Kim Ross is an affiliate with the National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education at the University of Maryland. Having helped create and launch the Purple Line Corridor Coalition, her current work is focused on coalition building and fundraising to support equitable economic and community development for the residents and small businesses of the Purple Line Corridor. With over twenty years of management experience, Ross has led the strategic design and implementation of highly-valued information services, partnerships, and research organizations, including the Center for Integrative Environmental Research and the Center for Public Policy & Private Enterprise at the University of Maryland.
